Cooking Wine Recipes

5 Hour Beef Stew

2 pounds of stew beef, cut up

6 carrots, cut up

4 potatoes, cut up

1/4 cup Onion Wine

2 1/2 cups stewed tomatoes

4 stalks of celery, cut up

1 Tbsp sugar

4 Tbsp tapioca

Add all ingredients except cooking wine. Bake 5 hours at 250 degrees. Stir every hour. Add Cooking Wine 1 hour before serving.

Taco Dip

8 oz. sour cream

8 oz. cream cheese

1 pkg. Taco Mix

3 tbsp. ONION or GARLIC WINE

Mix all ingredients. Enjoy!
